Persons holding B.Com. degree with 1st Division are exempt from PPT.
Post-Graduates are exempt from PPT which HEC should accept it as a post-Graduate degree but he is only accepting it as a 3 year degree.
Upper Second Class degree classification means 60%-69% marks.
I think in B.Com. First Division is awarded when 60% marks are achieved.
On the basis of it students holding B.Sc. Hons. of OBU with 2.1 should be exempted from PPT?

60% to 69% is not the range for upper scecond class.First class starts at 68% marks.Even 67% and 66% get first division if their RAP is of A or B grade(exact details r available at ACCAGLOBAL.
But ap ka yeh point valid hai k ppt unka exempt hai jinho nay Bcom 60% marks k sath kya ho.On the same lines Bsc with 60% marks should also fetch ppt exemption.
As far as HEC is concerned ,call their attestation department. They will explain u the whole process.
BTW those who have passed their Intermediate(HSSC) with more then 60% marks get ppt exemption(A-level students can also get this exemption if they have required grades).Kya Fsc(ya jo bhi kya hai) main 60% marks nahin hain ap k?
