As much as in accountancy I must say. Derivatve trader could give you a better insight.

Simplifying it Whatever modelling is done based on an acturial calcualtion will lead to a fixed percentage or a cap - which is something I guess which would fall in the perview of interest.

BTW when you are an accountant, you cannot divorce yourself from Interest all together
