<br />i dont think firms will take you now, because exemptions for acca are over...now acca ppl have to start from module a and then come in the normal course to get articles in the firm id they want to do ca..they can get registered in the firm on bcom basis, but again they cant do ca because even bcom ppl have no exemption in ca...so overall by what i think, there will be no acca inductions in firms from this attempt...i might be wrong....

thank you for your update. i am doing Ca, and by what i heard and read from articles, i think there are NO exepmtions for ACCA now. maybe im wrong, or maybe the icap site isnt updated. please confirm it from icap before you take any action..
i might be wrong, so please update me of any news you get.
tahmans thanks for ur reply but i think u r not clear about the ca exemption policy for ACCA's. ACCA's are currently given 7 exemptions but as most of the acca's do not take tax as pakistani variant the exemptions are effectively 6. Moreover due to A levels i would be able to take 1 extra exemption for economics paper.
go to this link to confirm the exemption policy http//www.icap.org.pk/web/links/41/forotherprofessionalqualifications.php
