Can someone tell me how fergusons and the other big 4 appoint trainees, and when do they start the recruitment process?

Okies,
First you should have some "GOOD" pals in top 4 who can tell you the inside information when they are hiring new article students.
Second, you should be 100% devoted to the firm and you can assess an make it sure it is 100%.
Third, have a good educational background, personality (doesnt mean desi babo) and some practicle work back ground can add star.
Fourth, Do you have some pawa?
Fifth, and the mostttt important, Allah agrees to what you dream of.
Thats all pal, anyother thing you want to know?
Or like me you are also seeing yourself in AFF, giving presentation to the partners?
