Every thing is justified to be said, and if there is any thing correct in the calim; it would be sin to withdraw from it or hide the facts, evidences and even identity.

If it does not happen, people having one sided view (if any) would be cursing their words.

I think both doors should be left opened and the student should be encouraged to prove his point.

No body knows Athar sb ko kisi baat par raprimand kia gaya ho that's why he is tapa hua. Let's see how the case progresses.

No suicide news, no media conference, no press release, no writ petition, no police case, no complaint at ICAP, no revealation of six other guys, no self disclosure by justice seeker at any forum.

The Institute's President's Reply

"Dear Member,

This is with reference to certain allegations, recently leveled in an anonymous e-mail and on facebook against an honorable member of the Council regarding his alleged involvement in the tampering of the recently announced results by the Institute.

While it has been the consistent policy of the Institute not to entertain anonymous mails and/or complaints, we decided to look into these allegations, in view of the seriousness of the matter and to preserve the sanctity of the examination system of the Institute. After review of the matter in detail, we concluded that these allegations are baseless, malicious and reckless, leveled with an intent to malign the respected member of the Council, your Institute and its examination process.

I would take this opportunity to reassure the membership that our examination system is robust, safe, secured and foolproof. Accordingly, members should not have any apprehension about the same.

I consider it important to state here that in future, we will not entertain any anonymous communication, as per the policy of the Institute.

Dears,

It's the time to say, shame on the man who dared to malign the picture of ICAP and its worthy member who is a level headed and extremely honoured among all circles.

We have been seeing craps like him in past as well who after spreading dirt have never re-appeared.

Just for the sake of fairness of treatment I in my earlier posts have been asking him to prove his point. Otherwise, I was knowing deep inside my heart what this all mess was.

That's why I asked members to hold on; and cautioned that the people who will make big words will have to curse.

Issue is clearly resolved; and this thread was initiated to prove how it has to proceed and get resolved.

I also will like to ask "some one" to feel "shame" for his humiliating words where he was making conclusions without judging the facts and waiting for resolution of the matter. Let me not figure him out.

I would also like my brother Shani to get clarified about a specific word the use of which was inappropriate in his viewpoint. Now he can understand why I used that word.

Case is resolved.

The man should now suicide if he has any self-respect.

Dear kamran bhai,
I have no ambiguity at all now.I already stated that I had understood ur stance.
I thought that u would have forgot this by now.Waisay aajkal woh bhai forum ko kam hi visit kertay hain.
As far as the justice seeker , the clarification by the President would help restore the pride and esteem of both ICAP and Mr Pervaiz.

Defaming some one for illicit purpose should be punished severely. I knew why this crap was not giving his identification.

However, I feel in such circumstances the affected person has no recourse to undo the things done against them.

I, in order to tell the affected person, wish to write that we are here for him and he is still extremely respected and honoured for us. He will remain honoured, prosperous, reverend, respected, blessed and source of inspiration for the times to come and would always be treated as a high calibred and highly ethical professional.

Dirty minded low life crap will be forgotten and erazed from the scene of the history by the time itself.

At the end, I must thank you for understanding the issue and my out-right stance.
